Who we are

We are a voluntary charity with the aim of caring for children in Newcastle Hospitals and the community. All the money we raise is used to benefit the children as all of the fundraising is performed by unpaid volunteers.

We aim to give added value to the care the children receive by funding a broad variety of items, as illustrated below.

• Major and minor equipment
• Courses for nurses and nursery nurses
• Toys and play equipment for the children
• Teaching 'props' to train parents to under take nursing care of their children at home

We welcome support from a wide variety of people. It may be in the form of annual subscriptions, help at events, attendance at events or a more active role as a committee member.
